Time

One night when I was listening to one of Pink Floyd's song "Time".Lyrics are composed in a way which shows a person the reality which is happening and which will happen in the future. And once the time goes it says "And you run and you run to catch up with the sun but its sinking. Racing around to come up behind you again. Sun is the same in a relative way but you are older, Shorter of breath and one day closer to death". Though I liked this song pretty much initially but later on realized that as the time will pass by and again when I will listen to this song, I will be more demotivated. I am moving closer to death.
The point here is that as a day passes and you have experiences, you are more mature to face the world, A more better person. Putting your energy on your strengths and being better as the time passes and simultaneously continuing with the Values identified and adhered will lead to the path where you always wanted to be.
Its very logical here to understand that one life is not enough to learn everything considering the level of complexities & increasing amount of data everyday. We will have to be very selective in targeting what we want to achieve and very clear why and how it will lead us to the path where we wanted to be.
There will always be a time in your life when you will be the best compared to all other years you have lived and will live ahead. A sound health, emotionally balanced, at peak of the work which you can do best, Best family relations, Nice friends, A balanced life and all other physical & psychological desires will be satisfied. Many of us are living that best part of life right now at this point of time which we may realize 15 years from now.
Managing time is an art. An art takes time to master. May it be painting, playing a musical instrument, etc one needs to devote a lot of time & effort to master the art. In the same way utilizing time in the best possible manner is the need of the hour as we all are aware of but mastering how the time goes will take time and that too when we are focussed and aware that we have to master this art of managing time.
Prioritizing is one of the most important skills a man can have. Focussing on tasks & activities that matters most rather than unproductive ones. This saves a lot of energy and time.
At the end of the day we may say life is a Game. We have to manage our resources in the best way and achieve the set goals. Time is one of the key resources which is not visible which is one of the frames of reference where we always move and also it is very limited for each individual. If utilized properly one can be the master of his life.

Migrant workers being forced to walk to the distances unimaginable during the peace time. The present Indian government, in spite of putting its best effort to manage the crisis has failed to perform as expected. Corona virus has already spread in major part of the country now and looks like its vaccine is going to take some time at least 1 year if it comes at all, before it reaches to everyone. Till that time this mishandling and mismanagement is leading to a biggest setback which will take multiple years to recover. People and the country may be pushed to abject poverty and huge ...

Educated unemployed in India

One of the biggest challenge which our country is facing today is the educated unemployed/under employed.  Number of  graduates coming out of  the colleges are increasing every year. Competitive exam aspirants increase every year and also average number of attempts an aspirant takes for one opportunity/competitive exams are increasing. Number of job opportunities are not proportionately increasing at even at one third pace of the manner candidates are increasing. Survey reports say that one out of every three graduates upto the age of 29 are unemployed in India. 15 lakhs students pursue engineering degree every year. Only 10% of them get a job of even a slight satisfaction levels. Employers say that fresh engineering graduates are not fit enough to be hired as they lack certain basic skills & technical skills. A million engineers in India are struggling to get placed in an extremely challenging Job market. One fifth of them are at the risk of being unemployed. Frustr...

Managing Complexity

What could be possible strategy to manage complexity with ease? Step 1: The answer lies in the individuals habits. Its easy to miss the bus, friends b'day party, gym, train etc but the consequences of doing so in some cases may not be what we want them to be. One may reach late to the office one day but doing that repeatedly becomes a habit and that makes the person more weak in managing complexity. The person who has already developed some good habits of doing tasks on time, sleeping early, getting up early, taking care of health, family etc has mental peace and is ready to face any new challenge in terms of complexity in the future. Once the first step of aligning habits with career goals is achieved then comes the second step. Step 2: Breakdown and structure the complexity Many a times complexity as a whole may be solved by breaking down the problem into the small  problems and identifying the root causes of the small problems. Once we know the areas where the core prob...
